Our Kobelco excavator and Vosch grapple saw make an ideal combination for the safe and efficient removal of trees, especially in hazardous situations such as after storms or Ash Die Back (ADD). Being able to mechanically cut, manuvere and place even large trees whilst not having any operators in a dangerous position greatly increases safety. This is crucial in high risk situations and for highway works. Coupled with our crane fed chipper, large volumes of trees can be dealt with extremely efficiently. The machine is fitted with rubber track pads and can run on our ground protection matts to avoid surface damage.

Valtra Forestry tractor

Running alongside the day to day Arboricultural work of Precision Tree Care is our larger equipment. We have invested in a Valtra Forestry tractor from specialist builders Jas P Wilson based in Dalbeattie.

This decision was based on a need to work on projects where greater efficiency and/or operator safety was required. This innovative machine is allowing us to approach work with vastly increased productivity.
